Sciatica : 5 concoctions to Reduce Pain & Inflammation

Pour 1 tbsp. l. dried thyme 200 ml of boiling water to brew, strain. Take 1 tbsp. l. 3 times a day.

A decoction of willow bark

It acts as an anti-inflammatory agent. Pour 2 tbsp. l. willow bark rubbed in 500 ml of water and let stand over medium heat for 10 minutes. Broth push about 3 hours strain and take 50 ml 3-4 times a day. Effective decoction of willow bark to treat gout, rheumatism and sciatica.

A decoction of leaves, cranberries and honey

Absorb 3 tbsp. l. cranberry leaf dry abraded in 500 ml of boiling water, stand at low temperature for 10-15 minutes. Broth to insist 1,5 hours, drain, add 2 tbsp. l. honey. Taking such broth 200 ml, 3 times a day.

Elecampane root decoction

Pour 1 tbsp. l. crushed root with rhizome elecampane 200 ml boiling water, steamed in a water bath for 15-20 minutes, cool, squeeze and drain. Dilute with boiled water to the original volume. Take 70 ml 2-3 times a day for 1 hour before meals. A decoction of elecampane is a good tonic means.

A decoction of the roots of cinquefoil

Pour 1 h. L. roots Comarum 200 ml boiling water, steamed in a water bath, let stand, filter. Take 60-70 ml 3 times a day 30 minutes before meal.
